EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The City of El Paso Animal Services will host free dog adoptions every Friday through Sunday, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the San Jacinto Plaza during WinterFest.

Additionally, every other Thursday evening (November 30, December 14, and December 28) from 5 to 8 p.m., the Rink at WinterFest transforms into a pet wonderland.
Bring your pets for a photoshoot with Sunny Santa Paws, free dog adoptions, pet vendors, free pet microchips and low-cost vaccines from Far East Animal Care Clinic.
Low-cost vaccines will include rabies, for pets 12 weeks and up, Parvo, Bordetella, Leukemia, FVRCP, Rattlesnake and Canine Flu vaccines. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier and should be at least six weeks of age for microchipping services.
