EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Light rain continues to hit the Borderland into the morning hours of Wednesday, Sept. 23. There have been multiple reports of stalled cars. A flash flood watch remains in place until Wednesday evening, according to the National Weather Service. Clouds and periodic thunderstorms are expected to occur around El Paso.
