EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — There is a full roadway closure of South Desert Boulevard from Anthony to Vinton, according to the Texas Department of Transportation. The closure will take place from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23. Crews will reset concrete barriers.
