Tim Archuleta joined the El Paso Times as Editor in June 2019 and only a few months later endorsed Republican Dee Margo’s campaign for reelection.
Margo lost to Oscar Leeser in one of the most lopsided defeats in El Paso history.
In this election cycle, Archuleta is endorsing only Democrats.

For City Council, he supports only Ivan Niño for District 5 in spite of his abysmal voting record.
Archuleta is completely out of touch with El Paso voters.
