EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An arrest warrant was issued for a Fort Bliss soldier who is being accused of killing a 19-year-old woman in Juarez last year, according to court documents obtained by KTSM.
Court records state Saul Luna Villa, 23, is currently waiting whether or not he will be extradited to Mexico to face trial, and is facing a charge of aggravated femicide.
Court records also state Luna Villa has been stationed at Fort Bliss for two years and has multiple domestic violence reports.
