EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A crane tipped over at EPISD’s Young Women’s STEAM Academy on Friday, Jan. 26, and fell over onto the adjacent parking lot at the Center for Career and Technology Education (CCTE).
According to an EPISD spokesperson, the crane was being operated by a contractor performing work on HVAC systems at the academy.
The spokesperson adds the crane damaged a fence that seperates the campuses and also a vehicle.
No buildings were damaged and no one was injured.
