EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) —A Fort Bliss soldier who is being accused of killing a 19-year-old woman in Juarez last year, has waived his right to extradition and will be sent to Mexico to face murder charges, according to court records obtained by KTSM.

According to court records, a federal judge signed off on the waiver of extradition and Saul Luna Villa, 23, will be facing murder charges that allegedly took place in Ciudad Juarez.

The extradition is scheduled to take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday Feb. 21 at the Paso Del Norte Bridge, according to court records.
