Border Report – EP Sector chief: Border Patrol agents had ‘large rocks’ thrown at them

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Border Patrol agents in the El Paso Sector recently had “large rocks” thrown at their vehicles in an attempted assault, said Sector Chief Anthony “Scott” Good in his X media account.

Good did not say when the attempted assault happened or where.

“These assaults will not be tolerated and illustrates the dangers and unpredictable situations our agents encounter patrolling the frontline,” he wrote.

Border Patrol agents in the El Paso Sector have been assaulted 26 times since the the federal fiscal year 2024 year began on Oct. 1, Good said.
