EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Public Relations Association of the Southwest is sponsoring two $2,500 scholarships to support “promising” students in the Borderland who are pursuing degrees in marketing, communications or journalism, according to a new release sent out by the organization.
The application deadline is Monday, Oct. 16.
