What a gorgeous day. With a high of 72 and lots of sunshine, it’s hard to beat a day like this Friday. Normal this time of year is 67, and we’ll be way above normal this weekend with moderate winds.

TONIGHT: The skies will be clear overnight, and the winds will slowly die down. The SW winds will range from 10-25 mph with gusts on the east slopes of the mountains. As winds calm down, the low will drop to 45.
FORECAST: Saturday will be mostly sunny with just a few clouds and warm winds. With a high of 78, the SW winds will pick up and gust to near 30 mph (no dust). Expect the east slopes to be windy. Sunday will be mostly sunny with moderate winds. The SW winds will peak at 35 mph. We could see a slight dusty haze on Sunday but nothing too bad. Sunday’s high: 79. Monday will be mostly sunny and very windy. The SW-west winds will gust to 50 mph, causing a dusty haze by afternoon. Monday’s high: 78. Tuesday will be partly cloudy and 69 with cooler winds. Wednesday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a high of 72. The gusty winds return on Thursday. In addition, we will cloud up and see a few raindrops here and there. Thursday’s high: 66.
