EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Crimes Against Persons Unit has been called out to Central El Paso Monday night, March 11.
Police initially responded to the 2900 block of Porter Avenue for a welfar check, but has since sent out CAP to investigate. That’s near North Piedras and Fort Boulevard.
They have not said what type of incident this is or if anyone has been hurt.
