About 6 months ago, I planted some “micro-clover” under my Mulberry tree in the front yard. The clover grew so thick that I had to mow it. When you think of clover, what country do you think of? Ireland? Yes? Well, St. Patrick’s Day is this Sunday, which also is the day we’ll get much needed rain! Now, that’s some good luck for my micro-clover!!
TONIGHT: The skies will be mostly clear with a few passing clouds overnight. The SW winds will range from 10-35 mph with the strongest gusts on the east slopes of the mountains. The winds will die down a bit overnight, but the east slopes can expect a persistent, steady wind. The low will drop to 50.
FORECAST: Wednesday will be mostly sunny and windy with a high of 80. The SW-west winds will pick up and gust to near 45 mph. This is likely to cause a dusty haze by afternoon. The strongest gusts will be on the east slopes of the mountains. Thursday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a high of 74 and much lighter winds. The SW winds will range from 5-15 mph. Friday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a high of 70. Saturday will be mostly cloudy and cooler with a high of 66. On Sunday, a low-pressure system moves through the Borderland causing widely scattered showers and t-showers. Sunday’s high: 62.
