EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Fire Department’s Water Rescue units have responded to reports of a person in the water in the Lower Valley near Loop 375 and Pan American on Saturday afternoon, March 16, according to the department’s X account.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
