I hope you had a blessed St. Patrick’s Day. Friends from our church invited us for a special Irish feast… corned beef, cabbage, bangers (sausage) and mash (potatoes). Soooooo good.
In addition to the great meal, Weather Watcher Willie Rodriguez captured this perfect rainbow on St. Patty’s Day!!! (No Skittles or pot of gold, though, oh well, gorgeous!!)
TONIGHT: The skies will be partly to mostly cloudy with the isolated area showers slowly clearing. The winds will slowly die down too. East winds will range from 15-25 mph early in the evening, with stronger gusts on the west slopes, until they diminish in the night. The low will be 42.
FORECAST: Tuesday will be a beautiful day with lighter winds and partly cloudy skies. The SW winds will range from 5-20 mph, and the high will pop up to 70. Spring officially begins Tuesday evening at 9:06. Wednesday will be a gusty and dusty day as a low-pressure system over Arizona sweeps through New Mexico. West winds will pick up and gust to near 50 mph causing a dusty haze. The skies will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy, and Wednesday’s high will be 71. Thursday will be sunny with lighter winds and a high of 78. Friday will be sunny with light winds and a high of 80. Saturday will be partly cloudy with warm winds (no dust) and a high of 83.
