EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Two people were rescued out of a canal in the Lower Valley near the Zaragoza port of entry on Tuesday afternoon, March 19, according to El Paso Fire.
The Fire Department’s Water Rescue teams responded to the area at about 3:15 p.m. about two people in the water.
Both individuals are being checked out medically at scene and crews are looking for a possible third person in the water.
