EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Darrington at Gateway West, Temperance and Las Colonias at Colonia Morales will be closed until further notice due to a structure fire at the recycling plant Wednesday, March 27, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office announced in a news release.
The Sheriff’s Office says deputies were dispatched to Las Colonias and Darrington about a structure fire at the recycling plant at 11:56 a.m. Wednesday, March 27.
The Horizon Fire Department, Clint Fire Department and Socorro Fire Department responded to the scene, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office says the investigation is ongoing by the Fire Marshall.
