EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An overturned semitruck is currently impacting traffic on I-10 East near the Piedras Exit.
TxDOT cameras are showing a semitruck on its side and police cars blocking most lanes.
TxDOT says the left three lanes are closed and the backup is to Porfirio Diaz.
