KTSM News – More than 800 Lower Valley residents left without power

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — More than 800 residents in El Paso’s Lower Valley are currently without power, according to El Paso Electric’s outage map.

The outage was reported at 9:46 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 12.
