KTSM News – Where to watch: Eclipse viewing events in El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Wondering where you can watch the solar eclipse on Monday, April 8?

Various El Paso schools and businesses will be having viewing parties for the community. Here’s where you can celebrate the eclipse:

El Paso Community College

Hosting event at the EPCC Mission del Paso Campus, Building R (1st building on the left)

Located at 10700 Gateway West

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

UTEP’s Sun City Eclipse Viewing Event

UTEP Centennial Plaza

Located at 500 West University Avenue

From 8:45 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Plaza Hotel

At La Perla Rooftop Bar

Located at 106 West mills Avenue

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $12.50 for children ages four to 12

Children ages three and under are free

Reservations are needed and spaces are limited

At Judge Marquez Library

Located at 610 N Yarbrough Drive

Starting at 10 a.m.
