EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — KTSM has obtained video showing the arrest of a man in South-Central El Paso who later died after being taken to the hospital on Sunday, April 14.
El Paso Police say the man was “walking in and out of traffic” and was transported to a local hospital where he later died. Police say the incident is being investigated by the Crimes Against Persons Unit.
However videos obtained by KTSM shows a group of officers chasing after the man and then subduing him on the ground.
