EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A recycling plant caught fire on Tuesday, April 16 causing huge black smoke clouds to rise in far East El Paso.
The fire is located on 3840 Rene Drive and crews were dispatched just before noon, El Paso County Emergency Services District #2 Chief Roger Esparza said.
The Montana Vista Fire Department and Horizon Fire Department are assisting with the fire at this time.
