KTSM News – Friday 9-hour forecast: Triple digits with isolated thunderstorms in the evening

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Happy National Donut Day! It’s never too hot to eat a donut while temperatures soar over 100-degrees.

Forecasting a high of 105-degrees in the Sun City, expect partly cloudy skies paired with a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4 p.m.

By 6 p.m. scattered showers with isolated dry thunderstorms will begin. Thunderstorms may produce gusty winds in the evening.

While west winds will stay low from 5 to 10 mph throughout the day. Winds will slightly pick up at 10 to 15 mph south tonight.
