EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A man was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after he was seen pleasuring himself around a property near Clint, Texas according to the El Paso Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s office says detectives from the Peter Herrera station and the Targeted Response Unit responded to the 150 block of Fortaleza on Sunday, June 23, 2024, about a indecent exposure incident.
Authorities added they obtained a surveillance video that captured 55-year-old Jimmy Alfaro ‘walking nude around the property and sexually gratifying himself.
On June 25, 2024, detectives obtained a criminal warrant and Alfaro was later taken into custody without any issues. He faces charges of indecent exposure and criminal trespassing and a total bond of $15,000.
