TONIGHT: KTSM has issued a Weather Authority Alert due to the potential for strong storms and locally heavy rainfall. Expect widely scattered showers and t-showers, some of which may become strong. The SE winds will range from 5-10 mph, and the low will drop to 75.
FORECAST: Thursday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a high of 99. Dew point temperatures will be high, so we’ll feel pretty muggy in the afternoon. The SW winds will range from 5-10 mph. Scattered t-showers are likely late Thursday. Friday will be partly cloudy and 103 with isolated area t-storms. Saturday will be partly cloudy and hotter with a high of 105. Widely scattered showers and t-showers are likely Saturday evening. Sunday will be partly cloudy and 100 with a few isolated area storms. Monday will be partly cloudy with isolated area t-storms and a high of 103. Tuesday will be partly cloudy with a high of 104. Storm chances look minimal on Tuesday.
