EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A male driver was injured after a crash early Monday morning, July 8, in Horizon, according to a spokesperson with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
The spokesperson says deputies were dispatched just before 4 a.m. to a crash on Rio Penasco Avenue and Ascencion Street.
The spokesperson says the male driver was transported to Del Sol Medical Center for further evaluation. His age and the severity of his injuries are currently unknown.
The investigation is ongoing and the area is expected to be closed off for several hours.
