KTSM News – 1 dead, another injured after pedestrian crash in East El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – An elderly man is dead and another person was taken to a local hospital after a crash involving a pedestrian Sunday morning, July 21 in East El Paso, El Paso Police said.

EPPD said that at 8:45 a.m. July 21, officers responded to a call of a crash involving a pedestrian at the 11800 block of Pueblo Lindo Court. That’s near Montwood Drive and Saul Kleinfeld.

According to the preliminary investigation, an elderly man died at the scene in what police called a “pedestrian fatality” and another person was injured and taken to a local hospital.

The Special Traffic Investigations is responding to the scene.

EPPD said no major traffic areas are being impacted.
