EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – It’s going to be a rainy Monday! Chances of showers and thunderstorms are expected to linger throughout the afternoon.
Temperatures will clearly be cooler, no triple digits in sight for the Sun City. However, we are forecasting a high of 87 degrees by 2 p.m. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to die down around 3 p.m. with partly cloudy skies sticking around till the evening.
While winds will be ranging 10 to 15 mph east, excessive rain fall is expected up north, as a flood watch is set for T or C and Silver City areas.
If you’re heading outdoors do not forget your rain jacket and make sure to drive with caution. Especially if there are puddles out on the roads. As always turn around don’t drown.
