EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Downtown Management District (DMD) reminds Downtown businesses of available property improvement grants.
According to the DMD, these grants are specifically designed to offer opportunities to businesses and property owners to help bring vibrancy to Downtown. They are funded by the El Paso DMD and the City of El Paso – TIRZ #5.
The following grants are available:
Commercial Facade Improvement Grants
Transform the exterior of your building with facade renovations, including painting, new windows, doors, and architectural details. This will not only make a lasting impression on visitors and customers but also potentially increase foot traffic and sales.
Signature Signage and Lighting Grants
Make your business stand out with unique, one-of-a-kind signage and lighting. This grant is perfect for creating eye-catching signs and enhancing visibility with creative lighting solutions, allowing your business to express its individuality and creativity.
Pedestrian Corridor Improvement Grants
By utilizing the Pedestrian Corridor Improvement Grants, you can contribute to the creation of inviting walkways and public spaces, enhancing the overall downtown experience and improving our city for all.
Mural Grants
Add a splash of color to Downtown El Paso with stunning murals. This grant funds the creation of public art that reflects our community’s culture and spirit, adding vibrancy and visual interest to our streets.
