EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Very hot temperatures are expected by the afternoon as we continue to see a chance of isolated storms in the evening.
Starting the morning warm, winds will range from 5 to 10 mph southwest paired with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies. Expect clouds to surface across the Sun City by 4 p.m. with a high of 102 degrees.
Make sure to drink plenty of water to prevent heat exhaustion and heat strokes. While triple digits are expected to linger, temperatures will slightly drop tonight. We’re predicting isolated thunderstorms in the lowlands and scattered storms in the mountains.
