The morning will be mostly clear but partly cloudy skies will begin at 2 p.m. with winds at 5 mph south then west ranging from 5 to 10 mph by tonight.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected at 30 percent. Make sure to stay hydrated and dress the kiddos accordingly before heading off to school. Hot temperatures will continue to surface across the Borderland for the rest of the week.
