The morning will start warm with southeast winds ranging from 5-10 mph and pick up at 10 to 15 mph by noon. Although skies will stay mostly clear, thunderstorms are expected in the mountains Friday afternoon.
By the evening, temperatures will slightly drop but stay above normal. Make sure to drink plenty of water and wear sunscreen. It’s going to be very hot.
