EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Fire crews rescued a person from the water in the Lower Valley Saturday morning, Aug. 17, the department said on its X account.
The incident happened at Loop 375 (Cesar Chavez Border Highway) and Yarbrough.
One person was rescued from the water and was taken to the hospital with what were called minor injuries.
