EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The guest speaker and grand marshal for the 48th annual Massing of the Colors ceremony later this month will be the Garrison commander at Fort Bliss, the organizers said.
The event will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21 at the El Paso Community College Administrative Center auditorium, 9050 Viscount.
Col. Brendan Gallagher, the Garrison commander at Fort Bliss, will serve as the special guest for the event, the Greater El Paso Chapter of the Military Order of the World Wars said.
Particpation is open to all color-bearing units and organizations in the greater El Paso and Las Cruces area.
