EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One of El Paso’s oldest schools is celebrating a significant milestone — its 75th anniversary.
Kicking off the festivities is a parade and fireworks show on Wednesday, Sept. 11. The parade will begin at 6 p.m. at Tobin and Comanche and end at Jefferson High with a firework show at the football stadium, according to the news release from El Paso Independent School District.
A meet-and-greet will also be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13 at Borderland Steakhouse, located at 7600 Alabama St.
To end the week, a grand celebration will happen from 5 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, Sept. 14 at Jefferson HS with live performances by Azucar, Rhapsody and a special appearance by Tierra Legacy, according to El Paso ISD.
