KTSM News – Monday 9-hour forecast: Scattered thundershowers expected to arrive in the Sun City area

Posted on September 16, 2024

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — It’s Monday and we’re already starting the week with partly cloudy skies. Warm temperatures will linger but scattered showers are expected.

We’ll wake up with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies going into the afternoon at 91-degrees with winds 5 to 10 mph south. Although we’re forecasting 95-degrees by 3 p.m., clouds will begin to increase in the evening with scattered thundershowers starting around 6 p.m.

While a 30 percent chance of rain is on our radar tonight, winds will stay light. Temperatures will remain above normal.
