EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso military community will celebrate a new medical facility that will help diagnose and treat traumatic brain injuries and post-traumatic stress.

A ribbon-cutting will be held for the new Intrepid Spirit Cenber at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 18511 Highlander Medics St. at Fort Bliss.
