EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso County will be hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for renovations at Gallegos Skatepark on Tuesday, Sept. 24 in Canutillo.
The ceremony will be at 9 a.m. next Tuesday at Gallegos Park located at 7361 Bosque Rd, Canutillo, Texas.
Here are some renderings from the County of El Paso and what the improvements will look like.
The new skatepark will include a miniramp, flat rail, a step-up and flat/down rail and other improvements.
The project is expected to be completed in April 2025.
