EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – In celebration of National Baby Safety Month, El Paso Community College (EPCC) will host an event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at the EPCC Mission del Paso Campus located at 10700 Gateway Blvd. East.
EPCC said the Student Parent Resource Center (SPRC) will provide information in terms of resources to support student parents. However, the event is free and open to all students, faculty and the community.
The event will feature information on how to check your baby’s car seat properly from the Horizon Fire Department, a tour of the lactation pod, the SPRC, info from the El Paso Center for Children, EPCC Emergency Management Services Child CPR demonstrations and giveaways every hour, according to EPCC.
