EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Del Valle High School football standout Jake Fette announced his verbal commitment to Arizona State on Sunday.
The four-star quarterback recruit and Class of 2026 prospect held more than ten FBS Division I offers. Texas Tech, TCU, Baylor, UTEP, SMU, North Texas, Texas State, Cal, Houston, New Mexico State, and Kansas were the other programs that offered Fette and were aiming to get his commitment. But it was Arizona State that got his verbal commitment.
Fette is the second player on this year’s Del Valle High School football team that is a NCAA DI commit. His teammate Manny Fuller committed to Utah earlier this year.
