EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A multi-vehicle crash has closed all eastbound lanes on Artcraft at Upper Valley, according to TxDOT El Paso.
TxDOT says four to five vehicles were involved in the crash and multiple injuries have been reported.
The left turn lane is also closed on Artcraft westbound. Clearing time is until further notice.
