EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police are responding to what they are calling an ‘unknown problem’ in South-Central El Paso Monday morning, Oct. 7.
Police say the call came in at 1:30 a.m. at the 3300 block of E. San Antonio near Bowie High School.
