EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) El Paso has released a list of road closures for the week of Oct. 11, that could affect your commute.
I-10 Widening West
Sunday, Oct. 13, and Monday, Oct. 14 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
I-10 East will be reduced to one lane between Redd Road and Mesa Street.
The eastbound Artcraft Road onramp will be closed.
WDETOUR: Continue on South Desert Boulevard, enter I-10 past Mesa.
Crews will be placing concrete pavement.
Monday, Oct. 14 through Saturday, October 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
I-10 East and West will be reduced to one lane between Vinton Road and Transmountain Road as needed.
Crews will be working on retaining walls.
Monday, Oct. 14, through Saturday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
I-10 East and West will be reduced to one lane between Mesa Street and Redd Road.
Crews will be conducting earth work.

I-10 West will be reduced to one lane between Transmountain Road and Los Mochis Drive.

US-54 northbound complete freeway closure between Loop 375 (Border Hwy) and I-10, Exit 20 (Paisano).
Paisano entrance ramp closed.
I-110 entrance ramp closed.

Rosa Street between Boone and Uva Place complete road closure.
Crews will be working on bridge joints.

US-54 & State Line Project
Monday, Oct. 14 through Friday, Oct. 18 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
US-54 south- and northbound from State Line Road reduced to one lane.
Crews will be working demolition and preparation of the new turnaround of side shoulders.

Pedestrian Facilities Improvement Project

US-62 (Paisano) west- and eastbound between Boone and Val Verde right lane closed.
Crews will be working on demolition of guardrails, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalks, and fencing.
BU-54 (Dyer) west- and eastbound between Titanic and Hercules left lane closed.
Crews will be working on median improvements.
SL-478 (Dyer) west- and eastbound between Ellerthorpe and Julian right lane closed.
Crews will be working on trenching for conduit installation.
US-62 Rehabilitation Project
Monday, Oct. 14 through Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Daily)
Montana (US-62) westbound and eastbound left lane closures Mescalero Drive to Airways Boulevard.
Crews will be milling and paving. Expect delays and intermittent cross-street and driveway closures. If possible, seek alternate routes. Please remember those residential/business access may be temporarily shifted due to milling/paving activities.

Joe Battle Boulevard (frontage road) north- and southbound alternating lane closures between Pellicano Drive and Montana Avenue.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in work areas.
Crews will be pouring concrete sidewalks in the shoulders and striping at intersections controlled by Temporary Traffic Signals.
ADA Improvements Project

Alameda Avenue (SH-20) east- and westbound alternating lane closures from Americas Highway (Loop 375) to Horizon Boulevard (FM 1281).
Crews will be removing sidewalks and ramps for ADA improvements.
