EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – One person is dead after a pedestrian crash Friday morning, Oct. 18 in El Paso’s Upper Valley.
According to El Paso Police, the incident happened at Thornton Street and Country Club Road. Police sent out an alert to media at around 1 a.m.
