The event will feature several activities including live music, bands, a DJ, and special performances. Teens who attend can also participate in a costume and cosplay contest, a giant inflatable nightclub, dancing with glow sticks, and party favors. More than 25 informational booths will offer workshops and resources on wellness, fitness, and more, according to the City.

A haunted house will also be included inside the Memorial Park Branch Library which will be open from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. during the Glow in the Park event.

“This exciting evening, organized by the Public Libraries in collaboration with the Parks and Recreation Department’s Live Active El Paso program, is designed to provide teens with access to valuable developmental resources and information from community organizations, including wellness and fitness services,” the City said.
