KTSM News – MVDRA experiencing tech issues with non-emergency line

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority (MVDRA) is experiencing technical issues with non-emergency calls, the call center announced on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 23.

According to the MVDRA, the call center has been experiencing frequent tech issues with their non-emergency number (575) 526-0795, which provides services throughout Doña Ana County.

For residents unable to get through the line, you can call the following numbers:

(575) 805-7852

(575) 805-7853

The call center has not said when the issue will be resolved.

The 911 line is designated for emergencies only and has not been affected, according to the MVDRA.
