KTSM News – 9-Day Forecast: Warm week ahead

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Happy Saturday, Borderland. Hopefully, you haven’t packed up all your summer wardrobe yet. You’ll still need it for this week. 

After seeing below average temperatures in the past few days, our region is gradually warming up. 

On Sunday, expect a high near 70 degrees with a low around 42. For Veterans Day, we’ll see mostly sunny skies and a high around 73 with a low around 46. Tuesday through Thursday is mostly sunny with highs ranging in the mid to lower 70s and lows in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Come Friday, we warm all the way up to 78 degrees with the potential to hit 80. Light winds will be present along with a low of around 50.  

We’ll see some overcast skies next Saturday along with a high around 75 and low near 54. On Sunday that cloud coverage increases, and we drop below 70 for the high and see a low around 42. This takes us to a high of about 64 for Monday with the sunshine returning just in time for the workweek.
