EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A boat overturned at Ascarate Park on Saturday morning, Nov. 16 and the Fire Department has sent two units there in response, fire dispatch said.
The call came in at 10:18 a.m. No one has been transported yet, fire officials said.
