EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso’s ninth annual WinterFest kicked off on Saturday, Nov. 23.
Festivities started at 4:30 p.m. in Downtown El Paso. The tree will be lit at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Scherr Legate Lights Parade at 6 p.m.
