EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — It’s slowly starting to look like Christmas as mostly cloudy skies, rain chances and some snow makes its way across the Borderland.
Forecasting a high of 55-degrees by 2 p.m., the morning will start off chilly with stronger winds coming in by noon headed northeast. Throughout the day, expect up to a 50 percent chance for light rain in the lowlands. As for the mountains, a mix of light rain and snow is expected at a 50 to 60 percent chance.
While the storm system moves in, winds are predicted to be light, making breezy conditions feel more onto the east. Mostly cloudy skies will linger into the evening.
