EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police Department’s SWAT unit has been called out to a barricaded person in Northeast El Paso on Monday afternoon, Dec. 9, police said.
The incident is happened along the 3300 Sheppard Avenue, which is near the Logan Heights neighborhood. Police sent out an alert to media at about 4:15 p.m. but did not say when the incident began or what led up to it.
